For contractors
A daily planner for contractors whose day changes before lunch
Site visits run long, suppliers call back at the worst time, and estimates are due by Friday. Plan4me lets you say what changed and rebuilds the rest of the day around it, without touching your evening.

Built for days that slip
- Talk between jobs. Add tasks, estimates and calls by voice in the time it takes to say them.
- Replan the rest of today. When a visit runs two hours over, Plan4me proposes new times for what is left. Nothing moves until you save.
- Make room before deadlines. “Fit it in” finds time across the next few days so an estimate gets worked on before it is due, not remembered after.
- Keep evenings yours. Set your working hours and personal time once; Plan4me treats protected time as off limits.
A view for the job site

Tap “Brief me” to hear the day read out loud, or “What’s next” to move on. Your calendar appointments stay read-only: Plan4me plans around them and never edits them.

A real change by voice: “Move the budget review to tomorrow.” Plan4me reads it back, waits for yes, and saves once.
Questions
Can my crew use it?
Plan4me is a personal planner: each person plans their own day with their own account. It does not dispatch crews, route jobs or track job costs.
Does it work with my calendar?
You can connect Google Calendar with read-only access. Appointments show beside your tasks and count against your free time, and Plan4me never changes them.
What if I lose signal on site?
Edits save on your phone first and sync when you are back online, so a dead zone never loses a task.
How much does it cost?
The free plan includes the whole planner and 10 voice sessions a month. Plus is $7 a month or $60 a year, with a 14-day trial that needs no card.
