Field service

A daily planner for field service work

Your appointments are set; everything around them is not. Plan4me fits paperwork, calls and follow-ups into the gaps between visits, and tells you when a gap is worth using.

Free plan · No card for the 14-day Plus trial · Works in your browser

Plan4me’s week view on a phone: appointments from the calendar marked read only, tasks with times and estimates, and protected lunch time.

Plan around the appointments

  • See the gaps. Appointments from your calendar show beside your tasks, with planned and available time for each day.
  • Use the time you have. Plan4me points out a gap when it fits something on your list, like “30 min free before your 10:00 am visit”.
  • Estimates that get better. Plan4me learns how long your tasks really take, so tomorrow’s plan stops over-promising.
  • Start the day by ear. “Brief me” reads the day out loud while you get ready.

When a visit runs long

Say what changed, or tap “Replan the rest of today”. Plan4me proposes new times for what is left, shows a reason for each change, and waits for you to save. If you change your mind, one Undo puts it back.

Replan the rest of today: proposed new times for three tasks, nothing changed until saved.
Replanning shows every proposed move before anything changes.

See it in 30 seconds

A real change by voice: “Move the budget review to tomorrow.” Plan4me reads it back, waits for yes, and saves once.
