Terms of Service

Version 2026-10-23.1 · Last updated October 23, 2026 · Effective for accounts that accept this version.

Plan4me is operated by Arden Systems LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. Contact support@plan4me.app. These Terms govern our personal planner on the web, desktop browsers, and Android. Read our Privacy Policy before signing in.

1. Your account and use

Our initial service is for individuals age 18 or older residing in the United States. You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods, and notify us if your account is used without authorization. You are responsible for the content you enter and your own planning decisions. Do not use Plan4me to violate law or others’ rights, distribute malicious content, interfere with service security, evade account limits, or access another person’s data without permission.

2. The planner

Plan4me helps you capture tasks, organize projects, and plan your time. Appointments, task estimates, capacity calculations, and reminders help inform your choices; they do not guarantee that a task will be completed or that a notification will arrive at an exact time. Device settings, offline changes, internet access, provider outages, and incomplete estimates can affect what you see and receive. Verify important dates and keep another reliable method for time-critical commitments.

Google sign-in is optional and requests basic identity details. Connecting Google Calendar is a separate, optional Plus feature with read-only access to calendars you select. Your Google events are not edited by Plan4me. Features awaiting provider approval or setup are identified in the app.

3. Free, trial, and Plus

Free includes the whole planner: capture, Inbox, Today, Week and Month, planning and replanning, capacity planning, deferred visibility and flexible weeks, up to 100 projects, routines, saved text, focus sessions, weekly reflection, task reminders, briefings read with your device’s voice, cross-device sync, search, export, and account deletion. Free also includes ten voice sessions each calendar month, where a session is one started voice conversation of up to two minutes. Plus adds 25 voice minutes each month, the natural briefing voice, and the optional read-only Google Calendar connection.

An eligible verified account receives one 14-day Plus trial when it completes activation. No payment card is required and the trial does not charge automatically. At trial expiry the account becomes Free unless you have expressly purchased a subscription. Returning to Free preserves every task, project and planning setting; only the voice allowance changes.

4. Subscription charges and voice minutes

Plus costs $7 per month or $60 per year and includes 25 voice minutes per month. Prices are in US dollars, plus applicable taxes disclosed before purchase. Subscriptions purchased under the earlier Essential, Plus or Pro names continue at their original price and receive the Plus allowance until changed or canceled. A purchase starts paid service and is charged when you approve the purchase, even if you still have a no-card trial. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing interval until canceled. We obtain your affirmative consent before recurring billing. Website purchases use Stripe hosted Checkout; Android purchases use Google Play. The purchase confirmation and provider receipt identify the billing provider, price, interval, and applicable renewal information.

Payment failure may lead to a grace period before Plus ends. Website renewal grace is seven days; Google Play’s configured subscription rules and purchase status govern Play grace and account hold. You can manage your subscription through its original provider. We notify you before material price changes, and obtain any consent required by law or the provider before applying them. A payment that is reversed or disputed with your bank or card issuer may end the affected subscription’s paid access. Your tasks and planning data are kept. Any remaining trial or other valid subscription continues; otherwise the account returns to Free. Export and deletion remain available regardless of your plan.

Voice planning is optional. Review the proposed tasks and approve saving them; AI can misunderstand speech or suggest incorrect details. Voice planning adds new tasks and can open the manual replan flow; it does not autonomously edit existing tasks or Google events. Keep the app open during voice use. Each live connection lasts up to two minutes. The trial includes the Plus voice minutes for its 14 days. Voice minutes and free sessions refresh on the first of each calendar month in UTC, including annual subscriptions; unused minutes and sessions do not roll over. Minutes are budgeted from what each conversation costs to run: listening, interpretation and spoken replies count toward them, so a quiet conversation stretches further than a dense one. A connection temporarily reserves a share of your minutes; verified unused usage is released after completion, and interrupted requests with unverified usage retain their reservation. On Free, each started conversation counts one session and briefings use your device’s own voice. Minutes and sessions are service allowances, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed, and do not produce automatic overage charges. The planner remains available when they are exhausted. Daily request limits, service spending limits and provider outages may temporarily pause AI use. Manage paid-tier changes through the billing portal and review the price and timing shown there before confirming.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel through Settings → Plans and subscription → Manage subscription, or directly through Google Play for a Play purchase. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and retains access through the paid period. Uninstalling the app or simply signing out does not cancel billing. Request a full refund of your first paid purchase within seven days by contacting support. Play’s refund procedures may require a request through Google; contact us promptly so we can help identify the correct procedure. This policy does not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law. See our Refund and Cancellation page for direct links and instructions.

6. Your content and our intellectual property

You retain ownership of your planner content. You grant us a limited permission to store, process, synchronize, and display it to you as needed to provide and secure the service and fulfill your requests. This permission ends when active content is deleted, subject to the retention described in our Privacy Policy. Arden Systems LLC and its licensors retain the app’s software, original design, brand, and other service materials. These Terms grant a personal right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the app. Third-party components remain subject to their applicable licenses.

7. Service availability and suspension

We aim to provide reliable service, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or permanent availability of any particular feature. We may perform maintenance, pause new signup or purchases, and update features. Where practical we provide notice of material changes that affect paid use. We may restrict an account for unlawful use, a material breach of these Terms, or a security incident. Where reasonable and legally permitted, we give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue or export data. Contact support to ask for review.

8. Account deletion

You may export and request account deletion in Settings. Deletion first attempts to cancel future billing through the original provider, then erases the active account and cloud planner. If a provider operation fails, we keep the request pending, report that status, and retry; contact support if it does not complete. Completed deletion cannot be undone. Deletion ends Plus immediately, and time left in a paid period is not refunded unless the first-purchase refund applies. Limited financial, consent, support, backup, and security records may remain according to the Privacy Policy. Deletion instructions are available without signing in.

9. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not guarantee that the service will meet every need, be error-free, or deliver every reminder.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arden Systems LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from the service. Our aggregate liability for a claim arising from the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid for Plan4me during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These exclusions and limits apply only where lawful and do not exclude fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Some jurisdictions do not permit particular limits, so those limits may not apply to you.

10. Disputes, changes, and contact

Contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern. New Mexico law governs these Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise and without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections. These Terms do not require binding arbitration or waive participation in a class action. We may revise these Terms prospectively, with notice of material changes and renewed acceptance where appropriate. The version accepted and its timestamp are recorded by the server. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
