Delete your account.

Plan4me is operated by Arden Systems LLC. You can request deletion from the app or contact support without installing it.

From your planner

Export anything you want to keep through Settings → Export.
Open Settings → Your account → Delete your account and cloud planner.
Read the notice, type DELETE, and choose Delete account permanently.

Plan4me attempts to cancel future subscription billing through its original provider, revoke the Google Calendar connection, and then erase the active account and cloud planner. If a provider operation fails, we show a pending status, retain your data until the operation can finish, and retry. Contact support if completion is delayed. Completed deletion cannot be undone. Deleting your account ends Plus immediately. Time left in the paid period is not refunded unless the first-purchase refund applies. To keep Plus until the period ends, cancel renewal instead and delete the account later.

Without access to the app

Email support@plan4me.app with the subject “Plan4me account deletion” from your account email if possible. We verify ownership before deleting data. Never send your password, verification codes, or payment-card details. Include your purchase provider if you have a subscription.

What is deleted and retained

Completed deletion removes the active account, tasks, notes, checklists, projects, routines, saved text, focus history, planning settings, sync operations, active Calendar connection/cache, and notification devices and queues. Minimum financial and consent records remain for seven years, operational and delivery records up to 30 days, and support correspondence up to 12 months, subject to required holds. Providers may retain independent financial records, logs, and backups under their own schedules. Read the Privacy Policy for details.

Copies on offline devices can remain until those devices reconnect or their storage is cleared. Export any unsynchronized work you need, then clear Plan4me’s browser/site or Android app storage on your devices. Uninstalling or signing out alone does not request account deletion or cancel billing.
